Scope

  • Fulfill city permit requirements.
  • Disconnect and safe-off all utilities.
  • Abatement of all ACM, PCB’s and Lead prior to equipment work.
  • Demolish 30,000 sf of structure, including foundation, in it’s entirety..
  • Demolish all existing site work, clear and grub.
  • Onsite crushing of approx. 3,000 tons of 3/4″ Class 2 AGG Base.
  • Rough grade lot upon completion.
