Scope

  • Fulfill city permit requirements.
  • Abatement of all ACM, PCB’s and Lead prior to equipment work.
  • Wall-saw cut church steeple into (3) sections. Rig and lower upper (2) sections with crane.
  • Demolish 25,000 sf of structure, including foundation, in it’s entirety.
  • Demolish all existing site work, clear and grub.
  • Onsite crushing of approx. 1,900 tons of 3/4″ Class 2 AGG Base.
