• 4 story, 12 unit occupied apartment complex.
• Remove exterior stucco and interior drywall in selective areas for seismic retrofit.
• Site prep all interior units with plastic walls and floor coverings to protect tenants property.
• Remove (2) 4 story high chimneys down to foundation.
• Run mist throughout the day to mitigate dust.
• install and maintain debris chute throughout demolition.
• Zero complaints from nearby residents.
